Your seasonal partnership gets you complimentary tickets, a reduced partnership rate, the ability to secure tickets to both shows, and the ease of a one-time annual sign up process.

In the past, the financial support of our partners has helped us with many aspects of our production costs including: show rights, staging, sound, lighting, costumes, printing – to name just a few!

Spring Musical Production – Anne of Green Gables, The Musical, May 9-12, 2024

  • 120+ volunteers consisting of actors, musicians and production support.
  • 5 performances.
  • Performed in the 180-seat Trinity Theatre at the at the New Hamburg Community Centre.
  • Printed copies of the show program will be shared, along with a digital program.

SHOW PRESENTING PARTNER 2024 Season $5000

  • 14 complimentary Spring tickets and 14 complimentary Fall tickets
  • 14 complimentary tickets to our Partnership Appreciation Evenings
  • Full-page full-colour ad prominently displayed in show program and on theatre lobby screens
  • Logo/ad displayed on TCP’s highway sign for 6 months around show run
  • Company logo on show marketing materials, e-ticket, web site and digital program
  • Advertising exposure on TCP’s social media channels during ticket sales period
  • Purchase tickets ahead of the general public

PLATINUM PARTNER 2024 Season $1500

  • Eight complimentary Spring tickets and eight complimentary Fall tickets
  • Eight complimentary tickets to our Partnership Appreciation Evenings
  • Half-page ad in show program and full colour ad on theatre lobby screens
  • Logo/ad displayed on TCP’s highway sign for 3 months around show run
  • Logo displayed on TCP web site and in digital program
  • Advertising exposure on TCP’s social media channels during ticket sales period
  • Purchase tickets ahead of the general public

GOLD PARTNER 2024 Season $1000

  • Four complimentary Spring tickets and four complimentary Fall tickets
  • Four complimentary tickets to our Partnership Appreciation Evenings
  • B&W quarter-page ad in show program and on theatre lobby screens
  • Logo displayed on TCP’s highway sign for 6 weeks around show run
  • Logo displayed on TCP web site and in digital program
  • Purchase tickets ahead of the general public

SILVER PARTNER 2024 Season $500

  • Two complimentary Spring tickets and two complimentary Fall tickets
  • Two complimentary tickets to our Partnership Appreciation Evenings
  • B&W quarter-page ad in show program and on theatre lobby screens
  • Logo displayed on TCP’s highway sign for 3 weeks around show run
  • Logo displayed on TCP web site and in digital program
  • Purchase tickets ahead of the general public

Minimum dimension required for ad files is 1280×512 pixels with a quality of 150-300 dpi. TCP can longer provide marketing and design support for Partner ads.

If you’re a returning partner and received an email with your previous ad please review the ad carefully and indicate in the form below if you will proceed with this ad as is, or if you will be providing new artwork.

  • Quarter page – 1.25″ w x 2″ h or 2″ w x 1.25″ h
  • Half page – 2.75″ w x 4.25″ h or 4.25″ w x 2.75″ h
  • Full page – 5.5″ w x 8.5″ h

Partnership Show Tickets

All partnership levels include the option to purchase tickets in advance of the general public, and an email will be sent with details on how to order tickets.
